At Batik Isle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected. That's why we offer exchanges for sizes on items purchased both in-store and online, subject to availability in our existing inventory.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for custom-made items. However, if you encounter any issues with your custom-made item, we're here to help. Depending on the issue, we'll do our best to support you in altering the item to ensure it meets your expectations.
